MatchMinds offers the collaboration on the basis of internships and theses. These can be Master's, Bachelor's or Semester's theses.

At ETH Zurich, various forms of internships exist.
Internships may be part of the curriculum (mandatory) or pursued independently (voluntary).
Internships may be carried our during studies, between degrees or post-graduation.
Internships During Studies: Internships can be undertaken while students are enrolled at ETH Zurich. These typically last 1–3 month/s and should be relevant to the student's field of study. These often involve research-related tasks and may be eligible for academic credits if the internship is mandatory and it is approved by ETH Zurich's study administration.
Internships Between Degrees: These internships are more extensive internships, often lasting up to 6 months. They are common during the transition from a Bachelor's to a Master's program.
Post-Graduation: Graduates may also pursue internships to gain professional experience. These internships are not the main focus of this platform. They can for example be advertised on ETH get hired or other commen job-platforms.
Internships can last from anything between 4 weeks and typically 6 months. Also longer internships mostly in the post-graduate setup are pursued.
As a company advertising an internship we advise to also add internships of shorter duration (1-3 month/s) with a brief but precise focus to reach more potential students.
If you can, try to be flexible with the start and end dates of the internship. Internships with a full time commitment are often perused in between semesters.
Make sure you describe your interests and the qualifications you need in as much precision as possible.
There are two ways to organize a thesis collaboration:
Thesis company hosted: The student is hosted by your company or organization for the full duration of their thesis.
Thesis jointly hosted: The student works at ETH Zurich under the guidance of their professor and research team, while collaborating with a company.
A Bachelor Theiss usually lasts 4-6 months.
A Semester Thesis is restricted to the duration of the semester and is usually not a full time commitment.
A Master thesis usually lasts 6 months and starts at the beginning of the semester. Usually a master thesis is also a full-time commitment.
As a company advertising a thesis, make sure the topic contains a strong basis in research. It's best if it is of innovative characteristics and drives the students to explore and discover new areas. Compared to an internship the company should not add a fixed to-do list or a fixed set of tasks to a thesis topic. There needs to be room for research, errors, exploration and discovery.
Also make sure you describe your interests and the qualifications you need in as much precision as possible.
